The Soaring Eagles meet on the lovely grounds of Perry Point VAMC, in Building 13H, Room 126 on the second and fourth Thursday of the month.
Perry Point VAMC is located on the Susquehanna River in Cecil County.  If you are coming from Baltimore (Area), come North on I-95 (toward New York) until you cross the Susquehanna River (toll bridge).  Just after paying toll, go off toward Perryville (Rt. 222).  Follow Rt. 222 to the end (a gas station will be directly ahead), turn right onto Broad Street (old Rt 7) and proceed to the Perry Point VAMC.  After entering the hospital grounds, there is a fork in the road, stay to the left following the road until you come to a row of houses, turn right onto this road.  At the next fork (a welcome sign is there) stay to the right side and follow the road to the next fork (you should pass five buildings on your left before you come to this fork).  At this intersection (fork), turn left, you will see a parking lot on your right.  Enter this lot and go to the far end to park.  This will bring you across the street from Building 13H.  Enter the center door and follow the signs to the Soaring Eagles meeting.
Looking forward to seeing you soon.
